New Year, New Semester, New Challenge!

it's my last semester, after attending all the classes for the first week, my expectation for every paper that i take this semester is different.

1. Portfolio Management: it's a tough one, because it consist almost everythg that i've learn before. where to invest an amount of money so that the company will earn profit from the investment.

2. Financial Statement Analysis: another analysis subject that requires to understand the accounting statement of a company. it's a subject that needed me to work extra hard because accounting is not my specialty!

3. Personal Financial Planning: it looks like a simple and easy subject but actually it is not. Still it have something to do with accounting (ssh la i mcm ni) but more to individual or a person's income and expenses.

4. Real Estate Finance: to be honest, i really don't have any idea on what real estate is (bile igt real estate igt rumah n tnah..huhuhuuu..seday gile). this one i need to struggle!

5. Strategic Management: finally a management subject! huhuuu.. i always love management subject, but to be safe, i will not put any high expectation on this paper. (but i definately will love this subject!)

6. Report Writing: no final exam but the assessment will be evaluate throughout the semester. 40% for the project paper (i'll die if i fail to do it properly)!

I pray to Allah that this semester, i could do much better than before. I pray to Allah that He could give strength to go to class (sgt2 pax everyday from 8am-6pm). Insya Allah, I will try my best to earn a good grades and makes my family proud!
