setelah hampir 2 bulan ku menjalani latihan industry ku di Sime Darby Industrial Academy (SDIA), ni lah pertame kali nye aku kene marah dgn customer. waaaaa, wa agak bengang skit loh!
heheh ade ke ptut die marah aku yang tak tau ape2 psl invoice yang boss aku buat. da la account officer yg aku assist tu MC hari ni, pastu bos aku gi Sabah, bos lagi satu bz dgn management training class tu, yg lagi sorg ade conference kt sime darby group, so aku xde tempat nk refer. waaaa..penin wa ali ini..da la isi dlam invoice tu pun aku x penah tgk, mcm mane nk jwb soklan bertubi2 yg dilempar kn tu..arghhh!!
tp tu lah name nye experience, without that kind of experience, i wont be able to make any decision. nak tau solution ape yang kau buat, since customer tu mintak account no utk comp bank (siap nk address bank skali tu), aku pun call la treasury department, dorg la penyelamat ku pada hari ini..hehehhee..thank u anty ani ^___^
pastu, tibe2 bos aku call dr sabah (pucat jugak la muke ku bile dgr suare die), die tanye what happen sbb customer tu call handfon die..hehehe..so aku pun story la kat die..at the end of the day (aku pinjam ayat bos aku ;p) aku da buat one customer happy..and me? i get an experience that i've never had before..Alhamdulillah..
