'Diet'

one thing that i hate when i stay home is that i'll eat my heart out..huhuhuu..why? because my mama is an excellent cooks, all her meals taste sooooooo gooooooood!!..huhuhu..and at one time i could gain like 2 or 3 kilos in just 2 weeks..people are busy losing weight while i'm busy with gaining my weight..sad things but its true..i can't stop myself from eating..hahahha..eating is my new hobby! my boyfriend also facing the same problem, and that is why he is soooooo cute now (jgn marah syg)..hehehe..no matter how u look and what your weight is, i still love u laaa!but today OPRAH had open my eye (thank you oprah!)

i watch the oprah show today and its doctor's oz day! heheh, they discussed about how to live a longer life. they key is by controlling your diet! when i say diet not necessarily you need to starve to death to get that perfect body you want..all you need is the eat healthy!

on the show, there's this guy that had live for 125 years old! can you believe that!!! the best part is he could jog for an hour and do 50 push ups non-stop! (even i couldn't do that!) my jaw was wide open when i saw him actually do those push ups...he is so healthy that he does not look like he's 125 years old!!!! he still could think clearly and even better he never catch a cold or fever for the past 20 years..he's perfectly healthy people! he's secret is eat more vegetables, fruits and grains..i wonder if malaysian could do that..you know living our daily life without any single drop of fat..huhuhuhu...

and what i get from that show today is that you need fruits and vegetables to provide all the good things that our body needs..grains are one of the energy source that our body need...and exercise is so important because it helps your blood to circulate properly and to burn up all those fats that we had consume..i sounds like a pro but i'm not, just something that i would like to share with everyone..

i hope that i could change my diet and exercise more, because i want to live a healthy life and be able to do activities that other normal people do..till next time..
